I can’t even begin to express how appreciative I was to have Dawn work with us. She truly was a blessing to have. When I met her, there was no other realtor I wanted to work with, I knew instantly that she was going to take care of us. The entire time we searched she was always available, either by text or email. There were a couple houses that didn’t work out for us, but she would always encourage us to stay positive. Dawn did a fantastic job helping my brother and me sell our mother’s house, which she had lived in for 47 years. Dawn is a great realtor. Her level of professionalism is all encompassing. She is knowledgeable about the market and the areas of Milwaukee. This was specially helpful coming from outside of the state. She took the time to listen to what we really wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable about construction, maintenance and what to look for in an inspection. Once we knew what we wanted she worked hard to make it happen. She is thorough and will communicate fast and effectively. All paperwork is perfect, on time. The communication is respectful and kind but very effective when she is negotiating or advocating to the other side about the needs of the part she represents. I worked with Dawn this winter to find my first home. I entered my search with unique requirements as to what I was looking for in a property. When I finally decided that it was time to sell my house I was nervous and reluctant as I knew there were going to be some bumps along the way. I reached out to the realtor who sold me the home, only to find out he moved. It was by chance that I met Dawn and I am extremely grateful that I did.
